"Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "

We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty.
Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper.

"staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly...and curious about us. We booked the largest room in the hotel (#303). This may have been a bad decision. Perhaps it was too far from the Wi-Fi router, but hotel Wi-Fi was mostly unusable. The TV is very far from the bed (the best place to sit and watch it). "Hotel diamond crest watch not too bad. Seems to be one of the newer establishments, the staffs were nice. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of their bathrooms. The bathrooms were about 1 feet higher than the room and you have to be really strong to go to the bathroom. "

"I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service.
1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable.
2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or...
