"Room both comfortable and attractively decorated. Private patio and public patio outside our door very attractive, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast room cozy, food exactly what we liked: breads, fresh fruit, hot egg dish, staff friendly and accommodating. Location quiet, comfortably short walk to Plaza and city center. All in all, a lovely experience away from crowds, but close to plenty of Santa Fe action."

"The property exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a pet friendly patio room and it was clean and spacious and having the patio was a bonus. We received a dog welcoming gift bag when we arrived which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The area is convenient and easy walking distance to the rail yard and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would defiantly stay here again. Breakfast was really good, parking was convenient and the grounds were well maintained and...

"It wasn’t clear in the Expedia site that check in ended at 6pm. I arrived at 10:30 to closed office and no one called to see if there was an issue."

"Clean room. The four pillows provided were flat. Parking included. Quiet area and within walking distance of locations. Free breakfast, but no non pork breakfast meats. Ordered cheeseburger in restaurant and waited 10 minutes for mustard! She cleaned a table, went into the kitchen, served food, and made drinks while I waited. Finally I went up to her, she forgot and said she’d bring it to me. I went back to her and told her I’ll take here. Cheeseburger was cold."

"The room was beautifully re-done. Wonderful bed and nice bathroom. The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but overall the room was great. The hot tub was very dirty when I arrived. After telling the staff it was much cleaner the next day. The pool was clean and beautiful."

"Very nice comfortable, roomy facility and close to downtown Santa Fe. Everything worked well. The breakfast was excellent. We didn't use the pool of hot tub but both were well attended and seemed to work well. The check in was flawless and the receptionist most helpful answering questions."

"This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."

"The wifi did not work and the person ob duty Simon said it was the adobe walls that caused it. I explained that I needed to communicate with my work and needed reliable wifi. He ket me try another room at the other end of the property and it was no better. He then said it was my laptop causing the problem. I pulled out my iPad and showed him it was the same. I went down the street to the Motel 6 and their wifi worked just fine. I was only there for less than an hour and asked for a refund...
