My room was modern and comfortable with nice lighting and much quieter than expected. Staff was really nice and the room spotless. Great location for dining and errands and away from the traffic snarl at Crabtree mall!

The staff was very friendly. The shower slow drains and looked fairly clean but everything was old and worn down. I chose this location because the reviews said it was renovated. I think that was a lie. Also smelled old and musty like someone had smoked there previously. Was it bad for the price? No. However, I wouldn't stay there longer than a day. This is just simply a place to crash. At least it was clean. Also, the area is a bit sketchy looking.

The rooms were clean and the beds super comfortable. At first the room did smell musty or something but that went away. The staircase was dirty , and there were people “smoking” outside which stank. The front desk guy was super nice and friendly.
