チェックアウトの際に精算なしと言われて、ルームサービスを取った事を伝えると記録を取っていなかったらしく何を取ったかいちいち聞かれ、ずいぶん待たされた上にクレジットカードが受け付けられず、キャッシュで払おうとしたらおつりが全くなかったためぴったりの金額を払わされました。ホテルとしてあり得ないサービスレベルの低さです。
