"We loved the fact it was a 5 min walk to catch the train into Zurich, the park opp is beautiful for a stretch of the legs, felt safe and secure, beds/pillows are firm but we liked that! Was allowed an early check in as room was ready. Room was spotless, clean and immaculate. The supermarket is a mere 2 min walk away and has all you need - we ended up cooking a lot in the apartment due to the crazy prices to eat out! There is also a petrol station just past the apartments which stays open later...

"Excellent location. Views to die for from your private rooftop balcony. Air conditioning in every room. Clean, safe. All the things you look for in a room in a country.You are not familiar with. All the amenities you'd need, including a reasonably priced minibar."

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. "Everything was excellent "

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "
