"We were fortunate to have this 21 room boutique hotel recommended to us... the prefect retreat after a 4 day Indian wedding in Mussoori. The staff is friendly and attentive, the low key atmosphere welcomed, the grounds lush with beautiful landscaping and flowers. Food was authentic Indian fare, loved the spa, exercise room, yoga, live music in the evenings and even a disco! The food and conversation are great, the views are nice and the hotel is conveniently located from forest trails and a lovely sunset point. "This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. "We were the only guests in the hotel the staff took good care of us. Hotel is a little uphill walk so not really great for seniors. The parking in on the street. "

We had to wait in 30 minutes in rain at reception to discover that they will not able to provide any room. Customer care at hotels.com were communicating via chat, after waiting for 45 minutes in uncertainty i decided to look out for an option on my own.
