"Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. "This Royal Suite Apartment , in our opinion it was note to the standard of month other place we have stayed. On going in the bathroom the toilet was dirty and needed a flush YUK . There was no products like shampoo , body lotion etc . Take your own . The shower was nice and the towels were good. Thrashing machine washed but did not spin or rinse. The clothes dryer was broken , the balcony only had one chair . Great View of the mountains. The advert said premium bedding ???? Not sure where that...

"Vi har haft et dejligt ophold i lejligheden, der levede op til forventningerne. Først var det lidt svært at få kontakt med udlejer, men da det endelig lykkedes via Wathsapp fungerede det meget fint, og vi fik supergod hjælp til transport til lejligheden, tidlig indtjekning, bagageopbevaring ved udtjekning og hjælp til transport til lufthavnen."

"What a gem! The location was great for included parking and accessibility to the Old Town by foot, just a mere 15 minute walk, initially taking stairs down to seaside and then a beautiful walk along the sea! The room was spacious and clean, modern and comfortable, including a patio for outdoor sitting! Tatjana was great for communicating once we connected altho it was an issue connecting through Expedia so better just send text directly to hotel number with WhatsApp. Definitely would stay here...
