"Everything was nice except the rooms was not what we booked. We booked for 3 families and we all got different size rooms which caused conflict. Also the fact that everywhere we went smelled cat pee cause their was so many cats."

"A little oasis on an island that is already so beautiful on itself. Via a lush garden with all the flowers you could possibly spot on the island, we arrived in our home for a week. It fitted our family of 4 perfectly. We were welcomed with delicious home made breads and pastries, which we also enjoyed during breakfast in the "chapel". Helena spoiled us every time with fresh juices, home made marmelades, cinnamon rolls... The pool and jacuzzi are just amazing and perfect to relax in between many...

"Die Unterkunft war eine halbe Katastrophe, da wir ein Standardzimmer gebucht haben mit Blick zum Meer oberhalb des Haupteingangs. Es wurde jeden Abend der Müll vom Restaurant zwischen 22 und 22:30 entsorgt...es war äußerst laut und störend. Eine Stunde früher kam der Wäschedienst. Die Zimmer liegen zu dem am Aufzug, der durch die Technik und durch alle benutzenden Gäste zu dem vom Flur her sehr laut war.
Teils keine Handtücher am Pool, keine Schirme und somit Schatten.

"The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and...

"The property and hotel are situated close to the beach and Sunset Grill restaurant. It was clean and modern! The breakfast is delicious and brought to your room every morning. The staff was very helpful and provided information on itineraries for the day or suggestions on what to do! We had a stress-free and vacation because we had such a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day touring the island."
