"The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. "The staff was phenomenal. When our room wasn’t ready (we were early) the staff allowed us to drink our own wine in their lobby while we waited. They even opened it for us and brought us glasses. The hotel is luxury mixed with a phenomenal location. Their hotel parking is very reasonable and the access to the spa is very accommodating to those staying in their hotel."

"We zaten in het bijgebouw, daar zijn 2 suites en een ruime woonkamer waar je gebruik van kan maken. In de suite is een hele mooie ruime badkamer met regendouche. Het bed lag heerlijk en echt een kingsize bed, mega breed, heerlijk geslapen. De geur in het bijgebouw was zo heerlijk, alles ook brandschoon. Het personeel was zo vriendelijk. "Super vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. De kamers zijn ruim, wat gedateerd, maar wel schoon. Het diner in het restaurant is erg goed, zo ook het uitgebreide ontbijt met diverse broodjes, fruit, kazen, vlaai, op verzoek klaargemaakte eieren, sappen, etc. Ook in het restaurant is de bediening erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een aanrader voor een verblijf en diner."
