"Only stayed one night. Free airport shuttle was excellent! Driver waiting for me with my name printed on a sign. Had to go back to airport very early next day. It was too early for breakfast, so they provided a lunch box at no extra charge. Beautiful property. Great stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable.
The breakfast was fresh and there are an adequate amount of variety to choose from.
The service was outstanding, and it was clear that the team works hard to ensure guests have a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

"Good hotel, amenities are very good I stayed twice during my trip. I requested airport transfer and all was coordinated and on time. Housekeeping service good, room service 24 hours. Restaurants have good food Ecuadorian choices and a little bit of everything, wait staff was great. Over all a great experience and I loved the price for my reservations that was a reason why I booked with them and really met my expectations. I’ll be back to Hotel Finlandia. "
