"Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*...

"Paid for 3 people. Got a cot which was worse than our camping cot. And just above ground level. Horrible horrible bed option foe 3rd person. Miserable night sleep.
This is the not the fault of the front desk people who are quite lovely.
Bathroom was nice but toilet flusher sticks. Had to jiggle it to have water stop."

"It is a beautiful apartment in the heart of the old city.Excellent location! Very clean apartment. Highly recommend for families. Metro was a minute walk from the apartment. There was a washer dryer free of charge. We had a very pleasant stay. A lot of choice of restaurants steps away. Would love to stay at the same property if ever I go again to Lisbon. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
