"Exceeded expectations! Phenomenal customer service. called the hotel right after landing at 10:00 AM to see if we could drop off our luggage. Maya answered and happily let me know we could check in early since our room was ready! When we arrived, she even remembered my name from the call and got us checked in right away. The rest of our stay was just as great. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant provided excellent service for both dinner and breakfast. Maya was fantastic, and I will definitely be staying here again!"
