"I had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and kind. The food was sooo good and fresh. It was nice to have real home cooked meals. I felt safe, happy, and there’s even a place to play pool and buy drinks. It was a nice stay and a 15 minute walk frown all of the shops. "

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"The property was ideally located in the centre of everything and the British Colonial did not disappoint in any area during our 10 day stay. I would definitely recommend it and hope to go back soon."

"PROS: great location, beautiful beaches, many restaurants on site, MOST of the staff were friendly, easy to get to the other Atlantis hotels CONS: one beach staff literally took our umbrella from our lounger that we got up early to grab to give to another patron because she complained about not having one (because she came to the beach late) - obviously this would not be a problem if they had enough umbrella loungers! But there were so little of them and half of them were broken; WE WERE LAYING...

"Its was wonderful. The staff is vey kind and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Did not go in the pool. But is beautiful to look at . There was some outside noise that may be can be controlled by signs. No complaints otherwise. Beautiful historic boutique hotel. "

"There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing."

"My husband and I were not happy. The room was dirty, toilet was broken, pool water was super cloudy and everytime we turned the water on it smelled like sewer. Staff was super slow had attitudes and the breakfest was horrible. Beach and food are about a 20-30 min walk. We only stayed 1 night."

"The room (clean) had a view out to the water. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee pot - felt like a micro apartment. There's a staircase onto the roof to enjoy even more views. Right at a pedestrian crossing to the beach. Secure micro-resort. Nice pool, Well kept, Good breakfast food (variety and abundance) And the STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! "

"One Particular Harbor guests enjoy private pool and beaches. No cruise ships or public have access. These are the suites. Expect to pay but be glad you did."

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "
