"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"Let me start by saying this is not the place for those looking for quiet. With that out of the way I love this place. It’s in a prime location on queen west. So much nightlife, close to trinity bellwoods, so many places to eat grab a coffee and relax on a patio. The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The pillows are too shelf. This is my go to place."

"Breakfast was very good, but it started at 7 am, which seems a little late compared to other hotels. The room cleanliness could be better. The floors were dirty and dusty in both of our rooms. The pillows were flat and small with no support. The blankets also were low quality. With this price range hotel, we were expecting better quality. The staff were all very nice, helpful, and friendly."

"Room was reasonable, hardly get fridge door open missing one support , no fan in bathroom unable see though the stream after shower, front desk states there complementary water in room, i am thinking cold water after long trip didn’t realize it is for elite members only??? Breakfast made experience much better, overall very average hotel."
