The location was excellent! Great proximity to old Quebec and winter carnival. Very busy hotel for carnival weekend, sometimes had to wait a few minutes for elevators. The room was ok but there was cigarette butts in the balcony. We got there at 3:30. Room was ready. We were 4 couples, 4 rooms. Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO
Our bed was made but in the 3 day stay the floors were not cleaned or swept or our gasses cleaned. Since it is winter they were marked with salt stains and small stones from the outside.
