Very charming old hotel. beware, there is no parking and the most convenient closest one is at the Frontenac castle which is pricey. However it was all worth it. Went during off season and got a room at an amazing price

Room is fabulous. We had ground floor #1. Massive bedroom, tastefully decorated. Great bathroom, albeit small. Recently renovated. Hardwood floors and a beautiful stone wall that seems original. If you love old Quebec, this place is for you. It's location is phenomenal. No parking, but you can use clicknpark to rent a spot. We did four days for 52 bucks during carnivale. Hotel is old and when you walk in you feel like you made a mistake with your booking. The front desk is very nice and will help you in french or English. Thanks manoir Genevieve. We will be back

Room was in good condition, clean but amenities was absent, no lobby , bathroom / shower stall were the smallest I have ever been in. Québec in winter is very snowy , the mats to place our boots upon had newspaper on it. This pretty much summarizes this hotel. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel anytime soon

This was a great location in Old Quebec City. Close walking distance to many sites, restaurants, and shops. The hotel staff and management were great. Not a modern hotel but the room was clean and comfortable. Very nice for our two day stay.
