Charming and cozy rooms where you can truly feel the atmosphere of Vieux-Québec in this historic building ☺️ The Manoir is quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and is just steps away from Grande-Allée avenue and other interesting attractions. The room and bathroom were very clean and well presented. There’s a Nespresso machine in the room, which is a nice touch There’s also a communal kitchen in the basement +++ Check-in and most services are self-service, but the staff is quick to respond and easy to reach by text. Abbygail, Audrey, and Pier-Olivier were super helpful🙌

The room was amazing! Staff was really helpful! I only need to ask them to tell people who stay to be quiet late night! There was a couple in the next room and the man got a call and started talking really loud in the foyer! Woke us both up

The whole no front desk thing was weird, and nerve racking, but it did work. The location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. Just be sure to fill out that check-in form SUPER early.

Location was fantastic, the room was very old but in a charming way. Negatives to the property were the room had a smell of mold and cigarettes, in addition to there only being like 2 parking spots for the entire hotel it forces you to use a nearby parking garage so be ready to carry your luggage on check out to your vehicle.

Loved it! Fantastic location, room was quaint and smallish but when in Quebec City... life becomes chill snd time spent inside your room is far less. Hosts responded to my inquiries very fast. Highly recommend this stay!

Entry was easy at the main door but code never worked at side door. There was a mix up with parking - spaces over booked. Recommend ground floor rooms to avoid extra stairs. Room is spacious and comfortable . Lighting by the bed is not adequate for reading . Location is perfect for exploring Quebec by walking and for enjoying Plains of Abraham.

Lovely stay. I was on the first floor and I will say you can hear basically every sound in the lobby, but as it is a self service hotel there is not a ton of activity to be heard. Clean, nice rooms. Easy access, lovely building. Very responsive customer service via text message.

The room did not seem to have been vacuumed. The A/C likely did not work well, so they put a portable unit in. This would have been OK, but they attached the exhaust to posterboard and duct taped it to an open window - the tape did not hold - rather tacky. It would be a very nice place if cleaner and a working A/C unit. The bed was nice and the location is great.
