"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a property. The shower didn’t work for the first 3 days of my stay, despite repeated requests to fix it. They made me send them a video to prove that it wasn’t working and then even suggested how I might attempt to fix it myself. It was finally fixed but not before the needless frustration. Never again, stay at your own peril. "
