"I had so many problems with the room and nobody helped me at all. The AC broke and leaked water everywhere, they never fixed it, and it soaked everything around it — clothes, the couch, electronics. I asked them to replace the rug because it got wet, and they did absolutely nothing. But hey, at least they say good morning and give you a towel when something goes wrong. So helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. The room was very clean and it was comfortable to relax in and sleep after a long day out and about. The location worked well for us and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We could easily get to all the activities we wanted to do by either walking 5 minutes to the metro or 8 minutes to the bus.
