"Fabulous stay and a surprise bottle of wine and cake left in the room for my birthday (the reception must have noticed on m ID!) "

"Pleasant enough stay, staff were very attentive and assistance for moving a room to help with a less abled bodied person on our trip was done without any hassle. However the signage and directions for disabled access were pretty poor. Not all lights worked in the room and TV wire was not long enough to keep the connection in tact. But we must mention the reception staff, who were top class, particularly Anna with her help when one of the party had an incident on returning to the hotel. "

"A lovely hotel; all the staff were efficient and friendly. We felt welcomed and valued as guests with water, wine and a fruit plate on arrival ( late night arrival). Sonia, the golf concierge, was superb; arranging golf booking but also answering all my questions about club hire etc… pre-arrival. She is an asset to the hotel. The grounds are wonderful and maintained well. Pools are clean with one heated. Location between beach and marina offers options for walks. Rooms clean, well equipped and with comfortable beds. So good we booked a return visit almost as soon as we were home."

"Staff go above and beyond to help all customers. Room was always clean and tidy and anything we required was sorted for us Breakfast always has an exceptional amount of choices for all different requirements and tastes. The bar food was also very lovely and fresh Would always highly recommend"

"The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room had a nice view. It's very close to the Aquashow. We were travelling as a group of 3, two adult friends and a ten-year-old child. The 3rd bed in our room was a flop-out chair bed, very unsuitable. This was replaced with a camp bed on wheels, which was, needless to say, also very uncomfortable and unsuitable for an adult. We were allowed to stay on site for the remainder of the day following check out. "

"The hotel is in a great location, however there are many online reviews that claim the sun sets over the sea - it doesn’t. The sunsets were beautiful, but the sun went down over land not sea. The staff were really nice. The hotel had bikes for rent - but when we tried to rent them we were told they weren’t safe snd they were awaiting a new delivery. Not really a problem but why not remove the bike with the sign saying “rent me”? "

"Everything you expect from a 5* hotel. Only thing is it’s a bit out of the way with no local amenities (apart from a new pizzeria nearby) but only a short uber ride to the marina. "
