"I frequent this hotel often, was a bit disappointed this time, wifi was painfully slow, the chef at the breakfast counter was very busy using her smart phone and dint focus much on my instruction. Staff dint seem to care or greet patrons, don’t know if there was a management change. May stay at the Hilton next trip. "

"When we walked in the door, the hotel provided excellent service, helping deliver the luggage to our rooms. The room was comfortable although the decor is bit outdated and chipped. "This hotel is very new but some floors are smoke sections. The breakfast was great. The faculties could have been better built. The staff members were very helpful and tried to solve any requests you have. "

"I stayed there for a outdoor music festival. I was really tired at the end of the day but the hotel was pretty easy to find, and there’s a proper driveway for uber to drop off their clients. Worst Kempinski hotel I stayed. Poorly managed

"They do not enforce on smoking regulations as guests smokes at common areas and in lift as well. Hotel staffs do not even bothered to regulate. Does not reflect Kempinski standards in any manner. Great hotel but poorly managed. "
