The room was kept in great condition by housekeeping, front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful, guest services was attentive and warm and the cafe staff was friendly and on point with service. A few names I want to specifically highlight: Muriel Parin Christina Moezzah Momal Ubaid Daim Jibran Mariam These individuals made my stay outstanding and are to be commended highly. This is a great hotel, with an amazing staff. 10 stars!"

You’re right in the heart of the bustle but the hotel is nice and calm when you need some respite. You can order food in your room or in the dining area. Plenty of Dabbas and food choices right outside the hotel."
