Ulasan Hotel Putrajaya Popular

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Cemerlang

"Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt was wonderful. I had a great night and would rate my stay 9.5/10. During my visit, 118 Mall had just opened, so the area was understandably crowded. However, this did not affect my overall experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient. There are just a few areas for improvement. Firstly, reception could be more proactive in explaining whether breakfast is included in the booking and introducing the hotel's facilities and amenities. Secondly, despite being a relatively new hotel, maintenance could be improved. I noticed that the LED light above the window blinds was flickering and should be inspected. Lastly, it would be helpful to have a pillow menu or information card on the bedside table so guests can explore the available pillow options. These are minor observations that do not take away from my wonderful stay. With greater attention to maintenance and guest communication, Park Hyatt could deliver an even better experience. Thank you for the hospitality!"
