"Staff was really lovely and welcoming to us and let us check in 30 minutes early as the room was ready. Breakfast was good in the morning lots of options. House keeping was very friendly. However our room had a weird hand print on the wall that was kind of red/dark. The beds are very uncomfortable and springy. You can hear every single person in the hallway which makes it hard to sleep. There was also a weird clicking sound in the room that would go off. Besides that itโs an excellent location itโs close to Bari/monopoli/arberobello etc."

"We had an amazing stay. The town is gorgeous, and a great base to explore the region. The accommodation was better than expected. Not only did we stay in a beautiful venue, but the staff and service was beyond expectations. Iโd happily recommend this accommodation to anyone. I hope to be able to return!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel San Michele. Our room was big, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were comfy for a great night's sleep, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was great too, with lots of variety to start the day. The outdoor pool was clean, well looked after, and a perfect spot to relax and cool off after spending the day exploring nearby Martina Franca. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the historic centre and very easy to get around on foot. The flat, well-kept paths made it simple to use a buggy or pushchair, which was a big plus for us as a family. Overall, weโd definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."
