"The water park is decent. There’s a lot of scum build up around the edges of the pool. There were used bandaids in the wave pool, and the staff wouldn’t remove them. We offered to scoop them out but they ignored us. Soon after a disabled child was putting them in his mouth. Staff doesn’t allow goggles with a nose piece in the water park, citing “the suction from the nose piece causes problems with breathing”. Two of the bigger pools were closed when we were there. Overall it’s ok, just wish we had known some things before booking."
