"The hotel and rooms are very nice, super clean and well maintained! Very comfy beds and the AC was amazing and it was a heat wave when we visited. The only things I will mention being downsides is the pool is very small (casino is huge though if you like gambling - but the machines don’t pay lol), and the only thing open for breakfast was the small lobby bar/snack place. Food was good but the space is tiny for that big a hotel and the poor waitress was working her butt off trying to take care of...

"The stay was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only issue was that around 3:00 a.m., some people knocked on my door by mistake, which woke me up and disturbed my sleep. Other than that, my stay was fine."

"It's very conveniently located north of Toronto with immediate access to the TTC subway across the street. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff. We opted to extend our stay by two days. The breakfast is great and hotel seemed very quiet. The only criticism, if there is one, would be that they need to update their televisions so visitors can sign into their preferred subscription sites. A second waffle maker may also be beneficial. It was a great stay overall."

"We had a beautiful and spacious room with lots of sitting areas. The hotel is beautiful and clearly well maintained. Our children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the outdoor patio next to the pool. The restaurant was good and the complimentary breakfast was great. The staff were all very good. We had issues with the air conditioning in our room but they quickly addressed the issue and everything was good after that. My only complaint is that the hallways have a heavy perfume scent which is...

"I stayed there with my family. We were four. The room was very clean, except for the sofa bed, which you could tell was old and quite used because of the marks on it, though I wouldn't call them stains. It was comfortable-ish. The washroom was clean and with enough towels etc for all of us. The room didn't have a microwave though, which was missed. The staff was not bad! So a very good experience!"
