"The room was great and staff was friendly. My issue was at checkout. I stayed for a week for work but need to extended for an additional week. My daughter and her car was in the room with me. I paid an additional fee for her car. When I extended my stay, no I did no check out and book a different room, I extended my stay in the same room, they charged me an additional pet fee and another “incidentals” fee. As if I checked out and requested a different room but I didn’t."

"Everything was beautifully designed, calm, and relaxing, with friendly staff (and other guests). Breakfast was simple but very good. Room was a little on the small side, but not a big deal. 5 stars!"

"The room was ok but, overall the value was not very good relative to the price. The breakfast area was not poorly lit, the OJ was watered down, the coffee was ok. I didn’t even bother with the waffle maker. The lobby smelled moldy and damp. "

"Went for a mother daughter trip and my mom could NOT stop raving about it. This was a perfect place to call home during our Gilmore Girl inspired trip. The room is one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. (Hotel included). Netflix on the TV? AMAZING. Cute welcome plate with candy and tea? AMAZING. They had puzzles, extra blankets and pillows, a LARGE TV. And so much space. It literally felt like just being in an apartment. My mom was so comfortable. 10/10 recommend. Its also like a...

"Our group of 6 girlfriends had an amazing stay at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina. From the moment we arrived, we knew the weekend was going to be very special. The staff was always warm & welcoming. Shoutout to Scott at reception for ensuring a perfect stay! Dinner at Fresh Salt was delicious & the atmosphere was lively. Shuttle into town was a great option. Can’t wait to book another visit!"

"The Patio King is listed on Expedia as 1 bedroom...but it had 2 bedrooms, which is all i needed. Please refund the second Patio King charge which I paid for and did not use."

"My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it wasn't and stunk of cigarettes. When I got there I rang the doorbell to check in, after several time someone showed up and the first thing he said was do you have a reservation? The towels were thin, I had only one washcloth, and there was soap but no shampoo. The ice machine was locked. There was no breakfast, not even coffee! At 8 AM for checking out there was no one at the desk for me to drop my car off with and I was not about to leave it in...
