Always ready to answer any questions we had and helped us with transferring luggage from hotel to airport so we could transit light. Will recommend and book again when we go back =]"

"We really enjoyed our stay at IHG Tokyo Bay. We had an amazing view of the bridge and the bay from our room. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The property is clean. The breakfast menu offered both American and Japanese dishes. The surrounding area is filled with shops and restaurant yet it was not busy or crowded. This is a very good property for the affordability it also offers."

"I lost the hotel key card (US$0.20) and the hotel charged me a US $6.50 for it. I travel internationally very often and sometimes the room key cards are not even returned and I never had any hotels ever charged me for a lost or non-returned twenty cents key card."
