No pool, mattress has reached its prime, pillows are lousy, online pictures are way better than the reality, and they charge for parking $10.64/day. I expected better under the Marriott banner."

"I stayed with my family for our reunion from September 4th to 7th, booking two rooms. The rooms had a smoky odor. The bathtub was rusted wia black stained down the bath mat. There was a black ring around the toilet bowl. There was no staff that serviced the rooms the whole stay. We waited 1.5 hours for towels, I was informed that there were no more availableand they were being washed. The water dispenser in the lobby was filled with black grains. Overall, the experience was terrible and costly....

"The people were nice but the place needs to change housekeeping. Our room was only done once in four days, despite hanging the card to have the room made up on the door. We had to chase down housekeeping multiple times. Often they would be sitting in other rooms on their phones when we found them. Also, the carpet is filthy in the rooms and every time we showered they water would turn black (we were barefoot in the room the first two days, but not after that).
