"Our room on the fifth floor was exceptionally quiet. It was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

"Very nice, spacious and clean rooms. We liked the large, oversized windows. Good selection for breakfast. Priscilla, at tge front desk, was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again."

"The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful with the parking situation. Our only negative is that my husband has a c pap machine to sleep. There is a master switch for all the outlets and lights on the bed wall. When the switch was turned off the c pap wouldn’t work without the light staying on behind the bed. We finally did find an outlet on the opposite wall and had an extension cord so it worked."

"Staff was 10 out of 10. They were very helpful to meet our needs and accommodations. The only thing we weren’t too thrilled about was there was no elevators. It was all stairs and it was a little bit hard to locate our room because you have to walk through the café and the dining area. The dining area gets pretty loud in the morning, so you can kind of hear it from your room and also the door to our room has a gap underneath the door where light comes in and noise.
