I asked about a late checkout so I could sleep after my shift, and they were more than willing to accommodate me—at no extra cost. That level of understanding made a huge difference. The front desk staff was kind, respectful, and mindful of my schedule. I wasn’t disturbed while sleeping, and the entire experience felt considerate and professional. It’s not always easy to find a place that understands the needs of night shift workers, but this hotel absolutely did. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone working unconventional hours who needs a place that truly respects your rest."

"My room was what I paid for other than some hair that wasn’t mine on the counter. My biggest complaint is that I am a night shift nurse. I am here in town working, and my hours are 7 PM to 7 AM. I asked for a late checkout after working a long shift so I could sleep before going to work again, and they only tried to give me an extra two hours and charge me $50 for that. I have stayed here before and a late checkout was never an issue or an extra charge, but this time it suddenly became a problem—and because of that, I will not be staying here again. Not only did I have to pay for a full night when I wouldn’t even be there, but the situation got worse. After I explained that I needed to sleep because I had just worked all night, the front desk still called my room multiple times, completely disrupting the little rest I was able to get. For anyone working night shift or needing flexibility, I would not recommend this hotel. Consistency and basic consideration for guests’ schedules should be a given, and unfortunately, that was not my experience this time."
