"A little disappointed with the hotel. From the reviews this seemed an amazing hotel but it was just okay. Check in process was super easy and the lady at reception was very nice and friendly! Room size was good and the balcony is a good touch, the rooms are a little worn out and could do with a freshen up. "Very convenient location to the airport. Exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The nicest hostel I have ever visited. Only concern was that late check-in was a little complicated as I had to call and send my confirmation by email, and there was no 24 hour staff on site."

"The property is attractive and generally comfortable. Sadly I did see a cockroach in my bathroom, which scared me and stopped me sleeping for a night. I did message a maintenance man who was very friendly and laid some insect powder and emptied the bin the next morning. Also the shower flooded after 2 mins of use so I had to remove the plug whilst I used it and put it back afterwards as I think the cockroach may have come from the drain. "Hotel is 5 star but is in need of renovation. We had a duplex suite & during our stay had issue with tilt fixtures coming off &?leaking shower head . Even cloth drawers were dropping. Bed was comfortable & size of suite & out door balcony was spacious. Pool area & communal areas were good. Also experienced spa , which was really good. Location near beach & marina , so very convenient"
