"Location location location! Our 3rd floor, 2-bed 2-bath unit was so spacious and well-equipped, we could host a Thanksgiving dinner! Sweet balcony. Wonderful view to the west, awesome roof equipped with grills, walkable to boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and even a sweet cat café…and it was quiet! "Even though I confirmed my reservation, that morning, when I arrived at the hotel, my party of 3 was told the bed + sofa room we had reserved 3 months in advance was not actually available due to being over booked. Their only option was to give us a room with just a bed and a recline, leaving one person to sleep in the recliner because it was too late for us to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress. The front desk agent did not offer any compensation for getting a smaller room than we paid for...
