"The property was extremely rundown. The rooms were not as clean as they should’ve been so much so that we changed rooms. There were huge gaps underneath the doors. So much so that our room was close to the elevators and we heard the elevator bells all night long. The property overall was just rundown. I was disappointed in the sense that it was closed down to the downtown area. It should have been a really beautiful hotel. It just seems they have not put the time or money into upkeep."

"The staff are awesome! Everyone I had interacted with was very polite and helpful. The room itself was, different. Windows next to the door allowed easy view into room,no curtains or blinds. I had to use a box to cover them. Several homeless people were on the property and I had one outside my door the 1st evening. I wasn't overly concerned for my well being, I would not recommend to single women or families."

"Showed up to the hotel…? More like a motel. There was no lights outside, the parking lot was completely full. And no body was in the office and waited outside for 20 min before getting help. Another couple had walked in before me and ended up telling the manager that they were going to leave and stay somewhere else. "Wrong size bed . Paid for king got a full. Never knew if there was gonna be hot water. Sheets were dirty. Burn holes in the comforter. And then had a hard time getting our 100 bucks back for deposit."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again."

"Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. "
