"Staff are fair enough, breakfast is excellent, hotel is pretty close to Vistula river banks. I just noticed that that they don’t any tissue in the room, no slippers, no bathrobe. Other hotels have even if you’re just getting a superior room."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, in a great location av1 minute walk to Nowy Swiat and easy to get to other other sights and attractions. I had a standard room that was quite spacious, which surprised me being used to cramped rooms in Europe. The staff in this hotel couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with directions, calling cabs, recommending restaurants, etc. When I couldn't figure out the air conditioning, the desk clerk went to my room to show me. Highly recommend ended."

"Amazing in every way"

"Use Uber to get there from airport or train station. Taxi drivers in the city are crooks. Either way, you get dropped off 3 blocks from the old town square and have to bring tour bags over rough cobble stones. Once there, it is the best possible location, Be ready for 51 stair steps to get in."

"The towels need to be replaced. My room had too much traffic noise. Only one towel hook in bathroom. Staff and common areas are excellent."

"Brand new hotel and it shows. Nice clean deco. It is also very trendy due to the rooftop bar. The restaurant downstairs seems also trendy but honestly I was not impressed. Nevertheless, can't complain about any part of my stay at Puro. And of course, can't beat the location."

"Very centrally located with walking distance to old town. Beautiful building, a bit dated in the hotel rooms, bathroom door is very weirdly designed. it is nice to have a larger sofa with a small table & 2 chairs. Overall a pleasant stay."

The bed and pillows as so comfy I could stayed there instead of exploring the city. **one thing of note- the toilet was swuished between the shower and sink. I was leaning under the sink a bit and was touching it at all times. If you are larger just be aware. "
