All of the staff - reception, restaurant, bar and even those I met in a lift - were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good. I had a Yarra River View room and the views were impressive - all the more so because of Xmas decorations around the city! Overall an excellent experience."

"We had a lovely night at the Westin. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room with king sized bed and soft Manchester. The lounges are comfortable and offered a well considered range of options including high tea, drinks and meals. Guests looked very relaxed. The Westin is in such a good location for good quality restaurants and cafes, theatre,shopping and sightseeing using public transport. "

The hotel is conveniently located close to Southbank amenities and Crown Casino. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking at $35 per night felt a little expensive. "Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne had some Expedia points to use thought I might spend a day and a night in the city. The hotel was perfectly located close to everything, very quiet I was a bit worried about the trams being so close outside but couldn't hear them at all, couldn't hear any internal noises either witch was great. The bed was comfortable thought the decor of the room had character really enjoyed my stay. Thankyou"
