"Booking was effortless through Expedia. We were greeted at the door by Pat, the owner. He gave us a quick tour and set a combo code to the front door of the house of our choosing. There is an open snack and coffee area, and "trail magic" shelf full of items that a hiker might need without a store nearby. The shared bathroom was WELL stocked. "Friendly associate. Cared about my requests. Close to restaurants ie: Cracker Barrel, Cheddars (I liked that place overall), Bo Jangels, Red Lobster, I Hop, and others) Close to freeway. The only negative is the carpet is old and could use an update. And I'd prefer a walk-in shower with glass doors not a tub where I have to brace myself to get in and out of the shower. Other than that,I highly recommend."
