"Our hosts made us feel welcomed from the first minute when they awaited our early arrival at the front door. The room, the gardens and the house are beautiful and very comfortable. "This is a lovely family owned hotel in a beautiful location. We had dinner and breakfast and both were great and good value. The owner couldn't have been more friendly and all staff were really lovely towards our dog as well. "

"What an unexpected treasure Château de La Ballue. I had booked this stay while touring the Normandy beach landings for just one night. What a shame we were only there for such a brief time. The home is charming and beautiful. The room was perfection and the grounds were such a surprise. I had no idea they were world class manicured gardens complete with a labyrinth!
