"Clean room friendly staff"

"Internet was slow even with upgrade."

"Cigarette smoke coming out of many rooms out into hallway, smell even coming into our room. Hallway also reeked of pee from multiple kinds of animals, as well as human waste. Loud yelling and banging at all times of day. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken for the entire stay and they dont have coffee pots in the room. Or hairdryers. Automated check in kiosk did not work. Would not recommend."

"The bathroom had feces on the toilet seat, and hair in the shower. The sink barely drained. It was dirty, and outlets, and lamp cords were in disrepair. The floor was sticky."

"I understand a pet friendly hotel, but was not expecting ALL the rooms to have been pet friendly. Was in the room for 15 minutes and my eyes were itching. Switched rooms to one that had not had a pet in it for awhile. Was okay, until I got into bed…..by morning my eyes were itchy and swollen—even after 3 allergy pills! I was told each room is thoroughly cleaned. I now know NOT to stay at this hotel. I have travelled cross country and stayed at numerous “pet friendly” hotels….this is the first where I had an issue. "
