"Clean room, very helpful staff. Bathroom was very small and being in a basement room felt a little gloomy so would probably choose a room on another floor. Some noise from footfall and other rooms but not too bad. Copley House is perfectly positioned for city centre and transport."

"The Sheraton had overbooked their hotel due to outside 3rd parties, like Expedia, not showing or selling the correct room inventory. So the 2 suites I thought I had booked months in advance did not turn into that at all. Instead I got a small room with two queen beds."
