Pusat Penyelamatan Ape Dunia Monyet

Avoid this hotel. Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted. Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages. Charging a guest for a stay they did not use, after agreeing to an early checkout, and then refusing to communicate is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the unused nights and an immediate response from management.

Very good position, historical building but the breakfast a buffet is below expectatios. Expansive but only few salty food. The room is clean but windows are close to a tall wall and there is not a choice of pillow (it can't be missing in a five stars hotel)

Everything was great. Good location, clean property, spacious rooms for London, free drinking water for guests, complimentary wine bottle.
