"Start with the good things...the setting is beautiful and the receptionist was very kind. The roads were well maintained and parking was easy. The place has a lot of potential. The disappointing issue was that the Expedia listing is not accurate and the owners were completely non-responsive. "Absolutely incredible, surrounded by natural beauty, welcomed into a stunning home, treated like family. This was a very special place that we will never forget. "Top Location, excellent Travel desk, great architecture, nice rooms. Breakfast good choice, evening buffet so so. Some staff (reception etc.) very friendly and caring, but some especially in the restaurants not. Travel desk was extremely helpful and flexibel in organising tours. Bad experience in the Restaurant Pegasus - in terms of staff and food quality. However a very nice experience."

"This place is absolutely stunning and much larger than I expected it to be. There are 3 large viewing decks so seeing animals at all hours of the day is easy. The staff are so friendly and surprised the guests with a dance and song after a boma dinner. Food also was amazing. "

Oh and board needs some attention because when you walk inside the tent your partner got to wake up because they squicky. But nevertheless I enjoyed it, even proposed and she said yes"
