"If you’re visiting Vienna for a day or a week this hotel is perfect! Everyone on the staff from the front desk to the coffee bar, to the rooftop bar/restaurant and everyone in between were amazing! Welcoming, kind, respectful, friendly! Great location for exploring the city and enough outside for a quiet evening. We can’t thank everyone enough. "

"Friendly welcome. I had a room with a balcony which was lovely. The rooms are clean and nicely finished. They have a small kitchen area too. "

"The hotel is very handy for the 1st district, you can easily walk everywhere. Staffing at the hotel is minimal, just one person at the reception/bar. This was not very helpful when the keycard to my room didn‘t work. The guy on reception eventually came up to my room to try and open my door, after I‘d already made several trips to reception to try diffrent keycards. At one point before he managed to open the room door he told me to come back in the morning and they‘d sort it out! The „bathroom“ offers very little privacy, Although quirky, the rooms are clean. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, only an area on the fifth floor where you can make a hot drink and buy snacks. This is not very convenient if you are on the fourth floor. Some rooms do not have a street view and look straight out onto a wall."

"The rooms were neat, spacious and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery to make a quick meal. There is a grocery store right next to this hotel. We had opted for breakfast on all the days we stayed and it was so yummy with so many options. The staff and the front desk were super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"Excellent hotel centrally placed. My only criticism was the breakfast was poor and often the hot food was cold. The room wax excellent and cleaned every day "

"Otelin konumu mükemmel, temizliği çalışanların ilgisi gayet iyi. Aile odasında kaldık büyüklüğü çok iyiydi, yatak çok konforlu odada kahve makinesi mikrodalga fırın mevcut. Musluk suyu içilebiliyor bu nedenle sınırsız su mevcut. Tek olumsuzluk İlk gün tuvalette idrar kokusu vardı, görevlilerden derin temizlik yapmalarını rica ettik, kokunun borulardan kaynaklı olduğunu söylediler ama o gün temzilikten sonra geçti. Tekrar viyanaya gelsek yine burada kalırız"

"Staff were very friendly. Convenient location next to Metro. The room was just ok. It was very warm in the room despite it being cool outside. The A/C did not seem to work. The shower is tiny. Very little storage space for your clothes/belongings so if you like to unpack, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Some minor cleanliness issues - glasses not clean, stains on carpet. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't return for a longer stay."
