"The breakfast is great with lots of choices. The outdoor pool is lovely to have, although a little small in size. The kitchen is very useful, especially for families and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay."

"I have stayed at better hotels and worse hotels. The breakfast was nothing grand, the usual breakfast you could find at any Best Western. Perhaps I expected more. All in all, it was ok. The location was pretty good considering we had our own personal car and driver."

"The is the best place to stay in Nashville. Walking distance to everything, away from Broadway crowds, has everything you need right in the hotel. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Large bathroom. Amazing restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night food or drinks. Great bar. Beautiful fireplace sitting area in the lobby. Pool, hot tub, gym, and spa. Shops and connected to the country music museum. What more can you ask for?! Highly recommend!!"

"It was Loud the door isn’t sealed well for sound - but before we left we found the earplugs - so that tells me they are aware of the situation the layout plan to help homeless is amazing and I loved this concept"

"I would have liked that the pool hours were longer. Closing the pool at 8pm for adults 21+ in downtown Nashville with a busy nightlife does not really make sense."
