Hotels near Indian Rocks Shopping Center

"The property is dated and needs renovating. The room was spacious but slept less people than advertised so we had to buy a blow up mattress from Walmart for one of our kids. The pictures are very deceiving. They promote a resort like pool and amenities like miniature golf. Neither of them are actually owned by the hotel and require additional fees; $21 each for Splash Harbor pool and $9 each for mini golf. The small pool and hot tub they do have closes at dusk so no fun hanging out after 9pm. Our room that had a kitchen was missing most pots and pans and utensils to cook. We fortunately got a frying pan and spatula from the front desk. There were only two towels in the room and no extra sheets or blankets for the couch pull out. Once again we had to request that from the front desk. The ceiling fans had so much dust on them that when we woke up in the morning our bed and floor were covered in dust balls. The tub also had a running water leak our entire stay…but not a concern since we only used the shower. After we got everything we needed that hotels usually have ready for you, our four night stay was still fun and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The harbor views out of our room were nice. The smell of marijuana coming from the deck below was not so nice. If you are looking for a spacious room that is close to the beach at an affordable price compared to high end hotels then this may be a good option for you. Otherwise…."

"We stayed at Bungalow #1 and had a great time! It is behind the main house so it doesn't have a view of the beach, but is pretty quiet and peaceful. The place was well stocked, clean and provided enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids :) The beach access was great; you literally walk about 100' and you're on the beach :) "

"The room appeared clean and had a nice view of the water park; however, there was an unpleasant odor as soon as you walked in the door. Beyond that, there were no other complaints."
