When my daughter brought this to the attention of the staff, she was met with a dismissive attitude, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the toilet was clogged for the majority of our stay.i am extremely disappointed I am on limited income and I had a terrible experience"

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"Days Inn by Wyndham Berlin Meriden is one of the nicest hotels l've ever stayed at. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were so nice and welcoming. I was greeted with prosecco! YAY! Each visit gets a free breakfast at the Days Inn. I highly recommend it. After leaving there, several hours later we realized that we lost our wallet, just we guessed it maybe there, we went there, they found it and kept it somewhere safe for us. "Everything in the hotel is amazing from room to staff to pool area breakfast was amazing and the lady that was there on 04/07/2026 around 9am serving the breakfast putting it out she was so helpful and very friendly the fact also that the hotel had Coffee,Tea, Hot Chocolate, for free all day all night was absolutely Amazing!!! "What a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I was staying there for a wedding and we arrived on a warm spring day. When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look.
