"The staff were very helpful. The room was great, but it was very cold and that made us uncomfortable. We couldn’t seem to adjust the heat . It blew cold air at us a lot."

"Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Room layout was great. It looked great and showed well when we entered the place however we noticed that it could have been cleaned better. We have 2 young toddlers and found old sliced apples on the floor in one corner, empty pill packets at the base of one bed and then a button under the table. We could also see a film of dust on the fridge which was low enough that I could see at my height (5’7). Overall not hateful but could have been better. "

"We arrived around 830 and check in was just ok. Clerk asked for the $100 deposit but didn’t ask if we had a car but thankfully I inquired about paying the $15 plus tax fee to avoid a ticket. It will come off our deposit. Our room faced a treed area with a sliding glass door. For some reason the door was partially open when we arrived. It was nice to see trees instead of a brick wall. This is a tired old hotel with large rooms and older carpets that were suspect so we kept socks on. There was a plastic wrapper and a string on the floor so vacuuming isn’t thorough. We departed at 8 am and found a security guard standing by the elevators so she could see both wings of the hotel. There is also security in above ground parking."

"It was okay. When there is an event, there is no parking. We had to stay up later than we should have to move our vehicle from the legion lot to hotel property lot. As we were here for work, it did affect sleep and we were later to work than we wanted due to sleeping in as physical jobs are exhausting sometimes. That was frustrating. I also had to report a broken toilet seat and they offered to move us but we already unpacked before we noticed. They did repair it while we were out and they were in for cleaning which was a nice surprise. Would stay again if needed but the price could be better if this is the experience going forward. It was cheaper the first time I stayed but about $30 per night."
