"The location was really nice, with lots of restaurants around. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was basic with limited choices. Room was spacious, Slow drainage in the bathroom, but we were there for a day, so it was not a huge issue for us."

"The staff were so welcoming and cheerful. They made transportation recommendations to help cut down taxi fares for our group and even took a group photo of us! They genuinely cares about our trip and asked us how we enjoyed our activity of the day :) This is rare to find nowadays!!"

"Clean large room. No carpets in the room, which was nice. Nice soaker tub with jets but could not get the plunger to stay down to enjoy it. Very quiet from the outside world, didn’t hear a truck or plane. Breakfast was nice. You need to eat all food in their dining room, cannot take anything to your room. Be expected to show every adult ID that is staying in the room. 4 of us had to show ours and have it photocopied. They said it was company policy."

"Sadly very disappointing experience. Booked this hotel for my newly wed parents and was not happy about the service they got. I paid for breakfast included and the staff told me that they couldn’t see it on their end so they rejected giving my parents the free breakfast that I paid for. I had to contact Expedia on my end (they were amazing) and get them to call the hotel about the breakfast. After, they confirmed that I actually did pay for the free breakfast but barely gave me or my parents an...

"Good overall stay as the staff were nice, but there was dots of what looked like blood or wine on the bed sheets, the corners of the floor and washroom counter were dirty, and the fridge was also dirty."

"The bed was excellent and i had an excellent sleep. However, the coffee maker did not work and staff came and installed another one. It would have been nice to have had a printed outline of how the TV operated and of course a print-out of other facilities the hotel offered. As a senior I found the surface of the shower stall intimidating as there were not enough hand bars. As a person who has travelled widely, I thus rated my hotel stay only as good."

"The 2-bedroom suite was amazing for the rate we paid. The unit had everything, including cooking facilities, for a comfortable stay. The breakfast variety was great but sausages were surprising missing. One must have access to a car in order to move around easily. Pearson Airport is approximately 20 minute drive away. Overall, very positive experience."
