"The location was good. We definitely felt like the pictures online made it look a little nicer than it was in person. The layout of the room we had didn't make sense and all the lights were tied together on one switch. It was okay, but not really as good as we were expecting. "

"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right in downtown Dallas. Valet/Doorman was a nightmare when I first checked in. Kind of rude but I was like, he’s probably having a bad day. Checked in seamlessly and went to my room. Fairly big size room and spacious in the main room and bathroom. Mattress Beds were old and not very comfortable. Only other issue I had was I requested someone service my room and then just brought towels, asked again and nothing. Lastly, the AC in the room was crap. Don’t know if it worked or not. Overall 5 out 10. Location was a 9 out of 10"

"Room was clean and comfortable and staff was great! I love Marriott hotels. Gym was well stocked, Indoor pool area was nice, but the only con is if you get a bunch of kids in there at the same time, it's LOUD. "

"The hotel was great. My only complaint was, upon check-in, they hit me with a refundable $75/night deposit. I was on a tight budget, so adding $150 I wasn’t prepared for wasn’t great. I feel like that should be more prominent when you book."
