"The room was good, a bit worn however the bed was very comfortable and in all my years this was one of the quietest rooms we have ever stayed in! The staff was very good, housekeeping could pay a bit better attention to details. Our in room safe was broken and something was wrong with the colour on the tv. Everything was tinted blue and there were no options on the remote to correct the settings. The desk and restaurant staff were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast both days...

"Comfortable bed and lovely amenities in our room. Spectacular views from upper level porch overlooking the city and Lake Ontario. Home cooked farm fresh breakfast was delicious! Great restaurants within a 5-20 minute walk for lunch and dinner. Gwen and Ken were such gracious hosts who made us feel right at home. "

"The location is kinda sketchy. The Tim Hortons beside the building is 24 hour, but the character's around it are a bit intimidating. The front door and the lobby are oddly situated according to each other. They dont do daily housekeeping so we had to ask for toilet paper twice. Not sure why they wouldnt leave extra rolls in the room. Maybe past guests took them. We never knew there was a charge for parking. I understand most charge, but it should be stated. "
